I saw a video that was about 30 day challenge from TED. It was interesting, so I made 'my' 30 day challenge.
1. Do you ever feel like you are 'stuck in a rut'? Why?
- Yes, I think so. That's because I just do eat, sleep, play and study.
2. Which of Matt Cutt's 30-day challenges did you find most interesting?
- Yes. It was very interesting for me. That was most interested one was change by challenge.
3. Write down some habits you would either like to add to or sutract from your life for the next 30 days.
(Write at least five habits.)
Habits I want to ADD. Habits I want to SUBTRACT
-E.O.P. (English Only Policy) -No sugar(except fruits)
-Green card -No elevator
-healthy - No crime
-go cafeteria on stair - No killing bugs
-play well - No bad word.
